The 2012 Dakota Poker Tour Season kicked off this past weekend with Event #1 at Racer's Bar in Manvel, ND.  61 players showed up despite it being the NDSU championship gameday to try to get off to an early jump in the DPT standings as well as their share of over $6000 in cash with 1st place paying out $2000!  In the end, the 4 remaining players decided to chop the remaining pot each taking $1000 and tipping the dealers well with a $500 tip!  Be sure to come out this Sunday, January15th at 1pm for Event #2 at the Harwood Hideout, $150 buy with $35 satellites from Noon-close on Saturday.
